You start a business because you’re good at something.

Then suddenly you’re expected to be the CEO, salesperson, accountant, customer service department, marketing manager and content creator.

No wonder social media ends up sitting on tomorrow’s to-do list.

And then tomorrow’s.

And then next week’s.

It’s skip rate.

For years, creators focused on getting people to stop scrolling. Now Instagram wants to know:

Did they stay?
