A special shout out to the Director of , the music video.

Blu Mordecai, born Mordekai B. Musonza and raised in Chitungwiza, is a Zimbabwean film director and visual storyteller known for his expressive, cinematic approach to music videos and storytelling.

Growing up in Chitungwiza shaped Blu’s eye for rhythm, movement, and emotion a city alive with sound, color, and everyday stories. His work blends that raw cultural pulse with the cinematic precision of his influences, Meji Alabi, Cole Bennett and Guy Ritchie. The result is a visual style that’s unapologetically urban, deeply emotional, and visually charged.
Blu has become a key figure in Zimbabwe’s fast-rising music video scene, working with artists and brands who want to tell stories that resonate beyond borders. His films explore identity, style, and soul merging African authenticity with a global visual language.
Driven by story and rhythm, Blu Mordecai continues to craft visuals that don’t just entertain they move you.
