What have I been up to? Have a look at these. Probably one of the most rewarding aspects of my job is the creativity. An old friend of mine once said, when you feel stuck in your job...go back to what you love most. At the time I was an English teacher at a kindergarten and my go-to uplifting activity was teaching my students English songs and singing with them. 😆 Now it's most certainly being creative and making beautiful digital "things". 😁

Google My Business is like a virtual phone book. It is a free tool that allows your business listing to show up alongside other related local businesses whenever someone looks up your business name or a related term. Your business information like your phone number, website, address, review ratings, hours, and more will all be available on one easy screen for potential customers.

All you have to do is claim you listing and update your business info. Have you done this?

Have you claimed your Google My Business Profile?

Being active on Google My Business goes a long way in getting your business noticed. Claim your profile, get it verified and make sure your information is up to date. You'll be able to get reviews and respond to them. In some instances you can even post pics, services and products.

No matter what your business, you need one! But it's not enough to have it just sitting there and looking pretty ... it needs to convert visitors to customers and clients, and it needs to be engaging so that people want to stay and explore what you offer.
