Bana besu ba Lealui Upper Ward, the coming election is not about which party has the biggest "suit" or the loudest color. It is about who will sit in the Council and speak for _us_. When you vote, you are choosing the person who will fight for our roads, our boreholes, our clinic, and our youth. That person must live here, know our problems, and answer to us first.

Leadership is about service, not about taking instructions from far. A councillor tied to party structures must often consult elsewhere before responding to local needs. An Independent Councillor, however, is directly accountable to the people of Lealui Upper Ward. This means decisions affecting our community can be made promptly, and your concerns can be taken to the Council without unnecessary delay. Our priority will always be the wellbeing of Lealui.

We must also be honest with ourselves as a people. Five years is enough to show work. Ten years is enough to show a pattern. *Let us not vote for who failed in a decade.* Council resources such as CDF belong to every ward equally by law. They do not belong to any political party. With an Independent Councillor, development projects will be distributed fairly across all villages, with no division or favouritism based on political affiliation.

Some may worry that an Independent will be left out in Council. But development is not about party colors, it is about dialogue, planning, and lobbying. An Independent Councillor can collaborate with whoever is in government to bring projects to Lealui. Political parties come and go, but Lealui remains. We need a leader who will remain grounded here and serve consistently beyond election cycles.

This time, let us choose substance over appearance. Let us choose a leader you can find, a leader you can question, a leader who walks the same paths with you. The *FORK* is a symbol of work. With your support, I will work to improve water access, road connectivity, youth and women empowerment, and the general dignity of Lealui Upper Ward. *Vote for Kwalombota Sitwala. Vote Independent. We have people who are not supporting the MP, yet I am here to assist him and ensure his re-election for a second term. This honourable gentleman has made significant contributions to our constituency, but unfortunately, his efforts have not been adequately communicated to the public. We had individuals who failed to effectively disseminate information about the accomplishments of the honourable MP for Mongu Central Constituency, Mr Amutike Oliver. Furthermore, we have councillors who are not collaborating with the MP to facilitate development in our constituency. It is also important to note that some individuals mistakenly believe that voting someone into office entitles them to receive a monthly stipend. However, the role of an MP is to advocate for development initiatives in parliament and bring them to their constituency. If we had individuals who recognised the MP's vision for Mongu Central Constituency, we would appreciate his efforts. Lastly, I urge those opposing the MP to join us in supporting him, as he is a capable leader for Mongu Central Constituency. 👋 🙌 💪

Dear Mr. President,

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration about the delay in disbursing CDF loans to our Constituency's beneficiaries for 2024-2025 in Mongu Central Constituency. It's been almost a year, and we're still waiting for the funds to be released.

I'm puzzled as to why our Constituency is being left behind when other Constituencies have already disbursed their CDF loans. This delay is causing undue hardship to our people who were expecting to benefit from the program. As you know, the CDF is a vital program that is meant to support our community's development, and it's disheartening to see it being mismanaged.

Mr. President, I'm compelled to ask: why is Mongu Central Constituency being neglected? We expect better from your government, which was elected on a platform of change and development. The people of Mongu Central Constituency are feeling marginalized and ignored, and it's unacceptable.

Furthermore, we have incompetent councillors who seem more interested in personal gain than fighting for the rights of the people they are supposed to represent. They are sitted idol, failing to push for the needs of our community. This is not what we voted for, Mr. President.

I want to inform you that the people of Mongu Central Constituency are planning a peaceful protest over this delay. We will not sit idly by while our Constituency is being neglected and our people suffer. We demand answers and action, not empty promises.

I'm calling on you to investigate and address the reasons behind this delay. We deserve transparency and accountability, and I expect a clear explanation for this failure. Our people can't wait any longer; they need the support now. I urge you to take immediate action to ensure that Mongu Central Constituency's CDF loans are disbursed without further delay.
