What happens when a construction company built on integrity and precision needs a brand that carries the same level of clarity, purpose, and ambition?

Binds Dept. CAA partnered with TOPTIER Construction to shape a brand identity that matches the way they build: intentional, honest, and rooted in improving how communities live, work, and grow.

TOPTIER was born from a simple truth clients face every day people need quality, cost-effective builds and reliable building aggregates, yet the market is full of shortcuts and compromises. They chose a different path. Their name reflects the standard they believe the industry should rise to.

The challenge was to turn that belief into a brand that feels trustworthy, modern, and human. A brand that speaks to clients with confidence but remains relatable. A brand that reflects their vision: transforming communities through sustainable, high-quality, affordable construction.

The idea that shaped the brand:
Building Confidence. From the Ground Up.
A principle that mirrors their philosophy holistic planning, thoughtful design, transparent communication, and structures built to last.

Over the course of this project, we worked closely with the TopTier leadership team to refine their strategic direction and build a brand system that brings their mission to life.

Drawing from their selection of dairy products, vegetables, meat, and poultry, we crafted brand identity design, Social Media ads and Brand messaging to amplify Fredgert Farm's offerings and values through the message "Farm Fresh, delivered with Love."
