Elina has vast experience in customer care and client acquisition having spent more than 16 years in the various industries which include the following ,Banking Industry, Telecoms, Construction and FMCG having held managerial positions in several organizations. Elina currently joined The Fidelity group as a Regional Manager at FLIMAS. She is a certified Customer Services personnel , Elina is a tireless and agile operator with a keen sense of customer care, proactive in building new markets. She has been instrumental in forging new relationships and developing services or products. She was part of the Liquid Intelligent team that pioneered more that 1000 home and business Fiber contracts and has significantly grown business for one of the leading Medical Aids in Zimbabwe by over 200% expected growth in the year 2023.
