Taking Care of your pedicure is not only essential to making it last longer it’s essential to the health of your feet.
1. Always cream your feet after a bath or before bed so your heels don’t dry and crack. Cracked heels can be very painful
2. When you bath scrub your toe nails so that you get the dirt out of the sidewalls and use a cuticle pusher or orange stick to remove the dirt from under the nails. Not cleaning the dirt out can cause an infection
