Health & Safety Manual:
The following health and safety measures are taken at our offices, work place and accommodations. All offices including site offices will be equipped with dry powder fire extinguisher. Written instruction and procedure to use these extinguishers provided to all employees. All Offices will be provided with First Aid Boxes. These boxes will be equipped with necessary medicine and instruments. All our personnel will be trained and informed in writing about the procedure of doing Cardio Preliminary Respiration in case of accident. Adequate ventilation and lighting systems will be proved in all offices and accommodations to avoid possible risk and provide healthy atmosphere. An adequate system of waste disposal will be established in offices and accommodations. Written instructions will be displayed on Notice Boards about health and safety in offices and accommodations. Exit Routes will be clearly marked to escape in case of Fire. All Toilets, Wash Rooms and Kitchens will be cleaned daily. Notices will be displayed at above places to keep these areas clean always. Offices, Accommodations and Compounds will be kept clean always. A reasonable temperature will be maintained by providing adequate equipment in all offices and accommodations. Clean drinking water, drinking vessels, tea vessels, cocking vessels, eating vessels will be provided in all offices and accommodations. Adequate drainage and sanitary systems will be provided in all offices and accommodations. Toilets and tanks will be cleaned at regular intervals. To avoid accidents from electrical equipment, these will regularly inspected and quick measures taken for repair of any defects. Production Supervisor will ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulation.Safety In-charge will regularly inspect offices; work and accommodations to ensure that these measures followed and direct to make sure defects are rectified.
