A day full of ideas, collaboration, and great energy! ✨

Yesterday, Kalam’s management team gathered at Nile Hilton Cairo Egypt, for our 2027 Strategic Workshop, led by our CEO, Mostafa Alokaily-Leo

We explored Kalam’s vision and strategic objectives for 2027, then worked together across departments to turn that direction into clear objectives and priorities for each team.

What made the day special wasn’t only the planning — it was seeing every department contribute, exchange ideas, challenge one another, and work together toward one shared direction.

And of course, we had a great time along the way! 🙌

We’re leaving the workshop with stronger alignment, fresh ideas, and plenty of excitement for what we can achieve together in 2027.

One team. One direction. One exciting year ahead. 🚀

Sometimes, a small gesture tells a much bigger story. ❤️

Karolina joined the TBW account on February 18, 2026, and in a relatively short time, became a positive and active part of the team.

Recently, she surprised the team with a thoughtful gift box sent all the way from Poland 🇵🇱, filled with beautiful handmade puppets.

She even shared a video showing how they were made by hand.

For us, this wasn't simply a gift.

It was a reflection of something much more meaningful:

Trust. Appreciation. Belonging. Connection.

When people feel genuinely supported and valued, they don't just become part of a team — they become part of its culture.

And sometimes, that connection can travel thousands of miles. 🌍💙
