The hardest messaging to update is the messaging that used to work.

Nothing about it looks broken. That is why it survives every rebrand and every new hire.

Old words do not fail loudly. They quietly become everyone’s words.

Ask three people in your company to explain why you built this particular product, and why clients buy it. If you get three different answers, it is too early to start a podcast.

That is exactly what we did with a B2B client before we went into conceptualising. The gap was sitting in the answers.

𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.

A company with three answers will broadcast all three, at scale, to the exact people it was trying to convince.
A company with one will spend a year saying it in different ways, until the market starts repeating it back.

Most content gets judged by what it says. It should be judged by what someone can repeat afterwards.

Ask a client to describe you. That is your real reach.

A smaller creator with a relevant, engaged audience can create more value than a larger account offering broad but indifferent exposure.

You are not only choosing a creator. You are choosing the story, trust and audience around them, and whether they align with your brand.

A large audience means little when the right people are not in it.

Romance made the same promise two thousand years ago:

Stay, and you’ll find out whether love survives.

The format keeps changing.

Novels resolve the uncertainty.
Television stretches it.
Reality shows expose it.
Podcasts analyse it.
Social media turns it into clues, reactions and endless interpretation.

But internet-native romance often changes the question from Will love survive? to Will I be chosen?

And that question may never be resolved.

That is why formats alone do not create attention. They activate deeper narrative structures - and sometimes change the promise we receive in return.

The fastest way to disappear as a brand is to copy the ones that already stand out.

Borrowing their language or positioning may look strategic, but it only copies the surface. It ignores your stage, your audience’s beliefs and the narratives already shaping the market.

That is where confusion and weak differentiation begin.

Before trying to sound unique, understand who already holds attention, what they have taught the market and where your own voice can genuinely matter.

Uniqueness starts with understanding the narrative environment.

Executives are now expected to turn expertise into content that earns attention.

But visibility is a skill - and most of us are expected to master it while already looking polished.

Real creative work is messier.

You publish before your voice is fully formed. You test ideas, repeat yourself, change direction and slowly discover what is truly yours to say.

Clarity comes through repetition. Confidence comes through doing. And lasting authority is built one imperfect post at a time.

Two people meet. Something stands between them. Eventually, the story must answer:

𝘋𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦?

Classical romance used uncertainty to make the final choice meaningful. Modern dating can turn that uncertainty into a place we never leave - endless options, endless possibility, no real resolution.

Perhaps that is why romance still feels so necessary.

It offers what modern life often refuses to give us:

𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫.

Is classical romance only a fantasy - or an emotional response to a world without resolution? Watch in the new video - link in bio.

The more dating apps grow, the less they seem designed to end the search.

With millions of users looking for connection, the system feels less like a solution to dating - and more like 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

I decided to take a closer look.

The analysis is coming tomorrow. Watch this space.

More senior professionals are entering startups — and it’s not only about titles or equity.

It’s about having the space to think strategically, work hands-on and use more of what they’ve learned over the years.

As compensation becomes more competitive, startups are becoming a serious career option for experienced talent too.

Would you make the switch?
