1. Communicating with the client through various channels.
2. Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
3. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the client service process.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
5. Responding promptly to client inquiries.
6. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Qualifications
• Preferred with BPO experience.
• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Clear Communication
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support.
