Oh and another thing…

Stop filming transitions during sunrise or sunset please 🙈

The lighting changes every few minutes so by the time you’ve changed outfit, done your hair, put makeup on, added jewellery (the list literally goes on and this takes 20+ minutes) the light is COMPLETELY different.

It’s one of the easiest mistakes to avoid and one of the quickest ways to make a transition feel amateur I would genuinely scroll past because attention to detail is everything.

And that’s not me trying to be harsh, I’m trying to save you from disappointment / time wasted! ❤️‍🩹

Because people might not know why it looks “off” from the outside but they know it looks “off” in some way and might not interact 😩

So I’m saying all of this to HELP you actually make GREAT content, not just okay.

But I really do love it because there’s always something new to learn or another challenge to face and it just tickles my brain in the right way 😂

Basically, you can never get bored of martial arts, it’s just a forever things once you get hooked 🙈

Everyday you get humbled but you refuse to quit 💪🏼

THIS is the truth… 😘

Big moments are usually built on sooo many small ones (that nobody sees.)

Social media has a slightly annoying way of making us believe that only the big moments matter.

The huge transformations, super viral videos and things that happen “overnight” and you’re like wtf why does this happen to other people and not me?? What am I doing wrong??

But honestly things like doing the extra workout you almost skipped or FINALLY posting that video after overthinking it for days are so important.

The big wins are NOT created overnight.

They’re created by showing up consistently.

So please celebrate your “little” victories.

They count more than you think! 🥰

The year I lived more than I posted. 🤭🤍

(These are December highlights but it sets the tone for the whole of 2025 honestly)

This year was quieter online, and very intentional offline.

A lot of work, a lot of alignment, learning what I actually want, and building a life for myself here in Dubai.

Spending time with family, friends and making real connections. ♥️

I’ve spent over 10 years chronically online posting absolutely everything, everywhere and it just hit me this year I looked more at my phone than the people infront of me.

Yes I do it for work but I just lost my spark.

I just needed a “less posting, more living” mentality and took year off from overthinking angles and chasing trends.

But don’t get used to it… creator era is back for 2026 💅🏼

Feeling grounded, grateful, and ready to come back properly, lifting, kicking, filming, editing and fiancée-ing my way to wedding planning 💍🥰
