8 top things you actually NEED to know about your customer beyond age, gender, country, languages spoken, etc. to actually know who they actually are and how to speak to those people on a level that builds connection and trust!
1- PERSONALITY: Who your customers are? Are they pet lovers? Are they outgoing people? Do they like to travel or stay at home? You need to understand your customers in the same level as you collaborators, your cousins or your classmates. And of course, the more you know, the better.
2- LIKES/DISLIKES: What your customers want and what they avoid?
3- BELIEFS: Do your customers care most about making a difference, or making lots of money? What they are devoted to?
4- Goals: What your customers want to achieve in the near future or in 10 years?
5- PROBLEMS: What are the problems your customers facing? And how your product/service will help to solve them?
6- IDENTITY: How your customer see him/herself as a person? Do they see themselves as a creative? a pragramatic thinker? a realistic person? an optimistic individual?
7- NEEDS/WANTS: What your customers need in their lives and what they want?
8- VALUES: Where do they devote their time, energy and effort?
