I’VE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIFYING AND CHAOTIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT DUBAI MALL BEFORE, BUT NOW THAT I’VE CALMED DOWN, I CAN FINALLY SHARE WHAT HAPPENED. 😖😖

Recently, Gucci held its biggest year-end sale at Dubai Mall to show appreciation to its customers and boost spending after a tough economic year, as well as to compete with other brands. The event attracted thousands of people, especially at the Gucci store, which offered special discounts on its best-selling items, with a focus on the Ophidia GG Continental wallet. Shoppers who arrived early could get a voucher for 80% off, which led to huge lines and a wait of over 2.5 hours.

Inside the store, it was extremely chaotic. Everyone was scrambling to grab the most sought-after products before they ran out. I also had a hard time getting my favorite wallet, and after a long struggle and waiting for more than an extra hour just to pay, I finally managed to buy what I wanted. However, the checkout process was very slow, which caused many people to give up halfway.
