Meet our Founder
“I started Olter with a simple belief - that just like humans, brands have alter personalities.
When channelled through the right communication and design, these personalities can help brands truly win. That belief also shaped our name. Olter comes from “alter”, a reminder that intentional change can unlock a brand’s strongest self.
But change, to me, could never stop at branding alone.
I’ve always believed that inclusivity can’t just be a conversation. It has to be practiced. That’s why Olter was built to be holistic in its approach not just in the work we create, but in the way we operate. We are a woman-forward studio, where equal opportunities aren’t spoken about for optics, but genuinely celebrated.
At the heart of Olter is a culture of complete independence and autonomy. There are no rigid hierarchies here. Every individual leads their own work, takes ownership of ideas, and is trusted to make decisions. Because when people are empowered, creativity thrives.
Our design language follows the same philosophy.
It’s thoughtful, flexible, and deeply human. We don’t design to simply look good, we design with function at the core. Every visual choice is rooted in clarity, inclusivity, and purpose. For us, design isn’t decoration; it’s a tool for storytelling, accessibility, and connection.
Olter is still evolving, shaped by people, culture, and change.
