Six months of vigorous promotion by Team members of the Solomon Islands Pavilion on the margins on Expo 2020 Dubai, has resulted in an MOU signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration, Mr Riley Mesepitu which authorizes Talent SeaFoods Trading UAE to take delivery of the remaining SolTuna stock at the Solomon Islands Pavilion.
Managing Partner of Talent SeaFoods Trading Mr Mohammed Kutty, officiated at the signing in Dubai on Tuesday 12th April 2022.
The MOU which is primarily based on the βMutual Agreementβ between the Solomon Islands Government through our Expo 2020 Pavilion and Talent SeaFoods Trading UAE, also provides support on the initial endorsement by SolTuna for the Abu Dhabi based company to act as the authorized importer and dealer of all SolTuna products into the UAE.
Solomon Islands Pavilion Business Representative Mr Bryan Keniasina was initially responsible for establishing the links with Mr. Kutty.
Deputy Commissioner General and Pavilion Director Mr Dennis Marita was signature witness for PS Riley whilst Public Relations & Media Officer Mr Kelepi Abariga signed as witness for Talent SeaFoods.
Mr Kutty thanked CG Mose for facilitating this landmark engagement adding that Talent SeaFoods Trading was committed to further enhancing this special business partnership.
Residents in the UAE can now find SolTuna products at the Clearance Supermarket next to Delma Mall in Musaffa, Abu Dhabi of which Mr Kutty has confirmed will soon include other major retail outlets in the Emirates followed by further promotions in the Middle East and North Africa Region.
