USD 1.57 Billion EPC Contract Awarded for Jafurah Phase 4 Gas Compression

Saudi Aramco has awarded a USD 1.57 billion EPC contract for gas compression facilities under the fourth expansion phase of the Jafurah unconventional gas development.

The package includes two gas compression trains with a combined capacity of 400 million cubic feet per day, along with gas inlet and condensate facilities, propane refrigeration systems, utilities and two 230 kV substations.

The award represents a major step in the continued development of Jafurah, one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant unconventional gas resources, supporting the Kingdom’s efforts to increase domestic gas supply and expand its gas-processing infrastructure.

Bid Submission Underway for Three-Tower Development by BEYOND

Bid submissions are underway for the main construction contract for HADO, a three-tower residential development within the SIORA masterplan on Dubai Islands.

Developed by BEYOND Developments, the project will feature three 21-storey residential towers comprising 678 homes, including one- to four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, simplex units and penthouses.

The project forms part of Dubai Islands' growing waterfront development pipeline, combining high-rise residential living with resort-style amenities, retail, landscaping, and pedestrian-focused public spaces.

Main Contractor Awarded for Major Mixed-Use Development in Al Khobar

Refad has awarded the main construction contract for Miraf District in Al Khobar, following the completion of enabling and piling works.Designed by Gensler, the 41,000 sq m development will deliver more than 200,000 sq m of built-up area, combining residential, hospitality, office, retail and leisure components within a walkable urban district.

The development will include two residential towers with 152 units, a 21,000 sq m Grade A office tower, approximately 29,000 sq m of retail space, and a 240-key Hotel Indigo operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts.

The project will contribute to the ongoing transformation of Al Khobar’s urban landscape, creating an integrated destination combining living, working, hospitality, retail and leisure uses.

🚇 Letter of Award Issued for Expo 2030 Station on Riyadh Metro

A Letter of Award has been issued for the proposed Expo 2030 Metro Station on Riyadh Metro’s Line 4 for the planned station.

The project covers the design and construction of an additional station on the existing Yellow Line to provide direct metro access to the Expo 2030 development. The station will form part of the transport infrastructure supporting Expo 2030 and Riyadh’s wider public transport network.
