Amazing game of padel today at the Elite Retreat, with these four incredible humans. Brendan Cole , DJ Hamilton , Natalie, Dave cheers for making my first time on the court a good one.

This trip is the start of something for me. For too long I’ve put the business first and my health dead last. Long days, no training, eating on the go. Somewhere in there I forgot the obvious: there’s no wealth without the health to actually enjoy it.

That changes here. New chapter in my fitness and my health, starting now.

For years, I believed working harder was the key to success.

But after 12 years of building websites and businesses, one lesson became clear:
