If you’re still using Google to do research… you’re not tapping into the power of Perplexity’s “deep research” AI. Go to https://www.perplexity.ai/ and use the “Deep Research” mode.

Perplexity launched less than a year ago, in December 2024, and already processing 780 million queries a month.

It acts like a genius research assistant that reads hundreds of sources, analyzes contradictions, and hands you a comprehensive report with citations—all in minutes.

Google, ChatGPT, Claude & xAI all launched competing versions between December 2024 and April 2025. A 5-month span where every major AI company entered the race.

Perplexity is definitely my personal recommendation in terms of speed, quality and volume. Have you used it yet? Let me know your experience with Deep Research in the comments!

These are the most important skills to thrive over the next 5 years. If you want to be irreplaceable, double down on what makes you distinctively human: the ability to think creatively, adapt to disruption, stay curious, lead people, and solve problems.

This is what I mean when I talk about being human in the age of intelligence. It's not about rejecting AI it's about understanding what makes you irreplaceable.

This is the biggest opportunity shift we'll see in our lifetime. Follow for more news, industry updates and share this with someone who needs to hear this.

Heard the buzz around AI agents? Here’s what you need to know.

It's called Agentic AI. Where ChatGPT responds to prompts, agentic AI acts autonomously to achieve goals. You give it an objective and it figures out how to get there on its own. Agentic AI is an employee who understands the mission and executes without you micromanaging every step.

We're at the very beginning of this shift, which means early adopters are about to capture massive value. An AI Agent monitors your inbox, identifies urgent messages, drafts responses based on your style, and sends them without you touching your keyboard. It's not waiting for prompts. It's doing the work.

The future of work will be largely automated and the more willing you are to learn and adapt, the more empowered you'll become.

Here's what's happening in your brain when you use AI. Research calls it "cognitive offloading"—outsourcing mental work to external tools.

The neuroscience shows two simultaneous truths.

Truth one: AI can actually enhance your cognition. AI algorithms process data sets that our brains can’t handle, IBM's Watson helps doctors make better diagnostic decisions.

Truth two: An over-reliance on AI atrophies the exact skills it's supplementing. When you offload problem-solving to ChatGPT, you're not practicing the neural pathways for critical thinking.

The research is clear—excessive cognitive offloading can diminish your capacity for the very functions that you're outsourcing.

So here's the question: Is AI amplifying what we can already do—or is it compensating for capacities that we’re letting atrophy?

The difference isn't in the tool. It's in the relationship and how you use it.

And here's where it gets big: this isn't just about productivity. The prefrontal cortex—your decision-making, impulse control, critical thinking center—is literally shaped by how you use it.

You're either training your brain to think with AI or training it to think less because AI exists.

I’d highly recommend reflecting on what you refuse to outsource to AI and allow to remain uniquely yours. Cognitive Sovereignty.

Let me know in the comments something you refuse to delegate even when it’s harder.

There are three levels of Artificial Intelligence.

Level one is Narrow AI- the only AI that exists today. Siri, ChatGPT, Tesla's autopilot. Specialists that are brilliant at one thing but can't transfer knowledge.

Level two is AGI - Artificial General Intelligence. An AI that thinks like a human across every intellectual task.

Level three is ASI- Artificial Superintelligence. Once AGI can improve itself, the jump to ASI could happen in months to years, not centuries.

Right now, the oligarchy are in a race to create artificial superintelligence. The reason this is problematic is because no one knows if ASI will solve climate change and cure aging or decide if humans are obsolete. The choices we make now about AI safety determine which future we get.

We need to prioritise AI Ethics & AI safety to ensure alignment and the wellbeing of our future. Follow for more news, industry updates and share this with someone who needs to hear this.

Understand AI in one minute.

Key takeaways:
-AI is a whole field
-Machine Learning sits underneath
-Deep learning sits inside machine learning
-ChatGPT, Claude & Grok are LLM’s
-LLM’s (Large Language Models) sit inside deep learning
-Generative AI creates new content like text, images, video, audio.

LLM’s like ChatGPT are trained on massive datasets. When you start using it, it’s the equivalent of getting a newborn puppy. It knows how to be a dog, but if you want a specialist output, for example, if you want it to become a sniffer dog or a seeing eye dog, you’ll need to train it.

The difference between mediocre and incredible results is training your LLM for specialist output. In my next videos, I'm going to teach you exactly how to do that.

People are falling into one of three categories right now:

1). First category (this is the vast majority of people) are the ones resisting change, completely oblivious to how rapidly this technology is shifting our reality and they’re going to get left behind.

2). Second category are over outsourcing everything to AI including their critical thinking and creativity. As a result, they're getting dumber because they've stopped developing the core aspects that actually make them human.

3). Lastly and this is where it gets interesting we have the people who are learning to use AI as a collaborator to amplify their ideas, not replace their thinking. They leveraging it for scale while keeping their authenticity, heart, and soul intact.

This realisation revealed one of the most relevant questions that I believe exists today: How can we be human in the age of intelligence?

So here's what you're going to see from me: content at the intersection of AI, Personal Branding, Philosophy, and Human Potential. I genuinely believe the people who win aren't going to be the best coders or prompt engineers. They're going to be the ones who know how to think, create, and use AI to amplify their potential instead of replace it.

That's the future I'm co-creating. If that resonates, stick around.

Are online courses dead?

As someone that’s sold thousands of info products since 2020, people often ask me about launching an online course and my honest opinion?

The window closed at the end of 2023.

Information alone is worthless now. The few creators still making real money have massive ad budgets, complex funnels, and are now delivering 10x more value for a fraction of the margins they used to make.

Two months ago I was having a sook to a really successful friend of mine about not knowing what I was going to do since I closed down my info product business.

He turned to me as though it was so blatantly obvious and said, “Phoebe, you’re an Entrepreneur. You solve problems. Just find a new problem to solve.”

And it was like a light went off in my head. The essence of the game hasn’t changed. Identify a customer. Find their problems. Create solutions. The problems shift every 5-10 years, but the game stays the same.

Your business revenue is a reflection of the level of problem that you’re solving, it’s perceived value and your ability to solve it. If you’re not making money, you’re just not effectively solving relevant problems that people find valuable anymore.

We’re in the early days of the biggest opportunity cycle since the internet. But only if you stop clinging to your old business model and start asking: “What problems exist now that didn’t exist two years ago?”

Are you going to adapt or keep holding onto the past?

If your online coaching or course revenue tanked in the last two years and you’re wondering why, these are the contributing factors that lead to the collapse. No, you’re not alone. No, it’s not your “mindset”. It’s economics + tech disruption.

The truth is coaching has became a luxury.

The coaches who survive are doing one of two things: either pivoting to wealthy clients who can still afford premium services, or completely reframing their offer and shifting their messaging to focus on the importance of resilience, adaptability and psychological flexibility so that they stay relevant in the current AI era landscape.

I genuinely believe there’s still a coaching industry—but it’s smaller, more expensive, and serving a completely different client.
