The hardest part wasn’t making the web. It was leaving the city alone.
Every shot was filmed out of a moving car in the rain, so the footage controlled the camera and the environment while the AI only controlled the web. No added buildings, no removed objects, no fake camera moves.
The webs were already there when we arrived — nothing grows, nothing transforms. Only the loose fibres move with the wind. That small detail is what makes your eye believe it.
