What we are looking for in the applicant are below:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Ability to influence conversations positively.
Willing to answer customer calls during off time.
Ability to work in a team and/or independently.
Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
Experience with a web hosting control panel.
Experience with Plesk and cPanel preferred.
Experience with Microsoft server exchange is a plus, but not required.
Knowledge of FTP, DNS and mail are preferred.
Most Important: Ability to follow new leads via phone and emails effectively.
The essential functions of the job are to sit for long periods of time, use a keyboard for long periods of time, view a monitor for long periods of time, and communicate with customers over the phone for long periods of time.
