احمل شهادة البكالوريوس من الجامعة الأردنية تخصص دراسات اكتوارية، لدي خبرة لا تقل عن السبع سنوات كباحثة اقتصادية، عملت مع القطاعين العام والخاص في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية والامارات العربية المتحدة بالتحديد مع الجهات التالية:

• وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي (مديرية السياسات والدراسات – قسم الاقتصاد الوطني، وقسم التمية المستدامة)
• وزارة المالية – أبو ظبي ( قطاع المنظمات المالية الدولية)
• شركة سارة للاستشارات والتدريب

About Alia Al Jammal

I have a bachelor's degree from the University of Jordan, in actuarial studies. I worked with the public and private sectors in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the United Arab Emirates in particular with the following bodies:

• Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (Directorate of Policies and Studies - National Economy Department, Sustainable Development Department)

I am Hashem Thwieb, a PhD student at the University of Jordan, and I also work at Al-Quds University in Palestine. My PhD dissertation, entitled "Enhancing Economic Growth through Entrepreneurship: Empirical Evidence from Startups in Jordan," includes two models. The first one studies the impact of entrepreneurship on economic growth in Jordan using historical data since 1990. The second model focuses on the growth of startups, examining both economic and non-economic factors that contribute to sustainable growth. Additionally, a questionnaire is attached to collect data on the study of growth and the economic and non-economic factors affecting sustainable growth in startups. I need database about startups in Jordan over the last ten years.
The attached questionnaire is intended if possible for two participants from each startup: the General Manager (founder) and the Financial Manager. The required study sample is 300 startups over the last ten years.

Proud to announce that I’ve successfully completed and passed the training “Advancing a Green and Fair Economic Transformation: The Role of Macroeconomic Modeling “with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.

Through this course, we learned the following:
- How macroeconomic modeling can be used to make informed policy decisions in the context of multiple crises and limited data availability.
- Analyze the core characteristics of existing macroeconomic models and the extent to which they can be modified and/or complemented to facilitate a green and fair economic transformation.
- Identify appropriate new models for supporting green and fair economic policy processes and strategies.
- Interpret results of macroeconomic models to inform policy processes, strategies, and assessments relating to a green and fair economic transformation.
- Discuss how macroeconomic models can be used to support the design and implementation of a green economy related to fiscal tools and financing instruments.
