Most people look at the news.
I look at the traffic.

Because traffic tells you something headlines never can:
whether people are actually building.

And despite months of fear-driven commentary around the region…

Dubai never stopped moving.

Not the founders.
Not the investors.
Not the infrastructure.
Not the ambition.

While the internet debated “what if”…

Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in real estate transactions in Q1 2026 alone.

DIFC kept growing.
FDI kept flowing.
New companies kept entering.
Malls expanded.

The roads stayed full.
