India is ready for the world.

But is your business?

For the last few years, I’ve been living this question not as theory, but as work.

Building 21BY72 across India and the UAE.
Growing Eureka GCC’s presence in a market that rewards only good positioning.
Sitting across the table from Indian founders who’ve built something real at home and are now asking: how do we make this work out there?

Here’s what I’ve learned going global isn’t a market-entry decision.

It’s an identity decision.

The pitch that works in Mumbai doesn’t always land in Dubai.
The relationships that took years to build in India have to be rebuilt from scratch in the Gulf.

Trust isn’t inherited; it’s earned, meeting by meeting, introduction by introduction.

This Independence Day, I’m not thinking about flags.
I’m thinking about the next generation of Indian businesses that are ready to stop thinking locally and start building for the world and what it actually takes to get there.

Swipe through for what I’ve seen work — and what almost never does.

A good product isn’t enough to enter a new market.

Before you think about expansion, ask yourself:

What am I known for?
Why should this market trust me?
And is my positioning clear enough?

Because taking what worked in India and simply moving it to the UAE rarely works.

If UAE is part of your 2027 growth plan, start preparing now, not when you land.

If you’re a D2C founder thinking about expanding internationally, DM me or book a complimentary Founder Growth Call through the link in my bio.

I'm in Jaipur right now and two brands from this city have no idea what's waiting for them in Dubai.

Jaipur Perfume Company makes small-batch, alcohol-free luxury perfume oils.

Incredible product.
But entirely domestic right now.

Dubai is one of the world's biggest luxury fragrance markets - and the fact that their perfume is alcohol-free is not a limitation.
In UAE, that's a genuine competitive advantage.

Then there's Amrapali Jewels.
Styled Bollywood and Hollywood.

Traditional jadau, kundan, and polki luxury collections - exactly the kind of heavy ornate jewellery that Middle Eastern brides want.

And the Indian diaspora in UAE, the largest expat community in the country, is already their audience.

The brand just isn't there yet.

Both of these are sitting on a market that was practically built for them.

That's not a product problem.
That's a market access problem.

If you're building something in India and wondering whether UAE is for you - this is the conversation worth having.
DM ACCESS.

I've followed Arjun Vaidya's journey for years.

What I admire most isn't just the brand he built.
It's how consistently he talks about building demand before chasing distribution.

That idea becomes even more important when founders think about the UAE.

I meet D2C founders all the time who tell me they're ready to expand.

The product is ready.
The website is ready.
The logistics are sorted.

But the market has never heard of them.

Your traction in India is real.
Your customers trust you.

The UAE customer doesn't know that story yet.

You can't copy-paste credibility into a new market.
You have to rebuild it in a way that makes sense locally.

That's the difference between entering a market and growing in one.

Arjun Vaidya, thank you for the lessons.

DM me CLARITY if you're planning your UAE expansion and want to think through your positioning before you launch.

Three years ago, Mevan was an idea.

The idea that founders entering the UAE deserved more than generic advice and a license number.

Today it is an ecosystem.

A product suite built from real founder problems.
A cross-border corridor connecting India and the UAE with actual infrastructure, not just positioning.

Government recognition that tells the market we are legitimate.

Two communities, one for founders and one for women, that have become something we could not have designed on paper.
And 70+ brands that trusted us with their growth.

None of this was planned. All of it was earned.

Swipe through to see what three years of building with intention actually looks like.

From the India-UAE corridor we built, to the ecosystem partnerships, the government recognition, the products, the communities, and the founders we have had the privilege of working with.

This is Chapter One.

We are just getting started.

Three years ago, I attended 21BY72 and came back with an unexpected outcome - I started a company.

What began as a room full of ambitious founders, investors, and builders became the catalyst for launching Mevan Consulting in Dubai.

Since then, we've worked with startups, creators, AI companies, health-tech and education businesses, helping brands and founders grow across the India-UAE corridor.

This year, returning to 21BY72 as a speaker feels like a full-circle moment.

If you're building, scaling, fundraising, or exploring opportunities between India and the UAE, I'll be in Surat on 13th-14th June. Come say hello - I’d love to hear what you're building.

A list of sentences I've heard from UAE founders this year. Each one sounds like a strategy. Each one is a stall. The fix isn't sharper language. It's a structural system that runs the work between Monday meetings. That is what Mevan Access does. Save this and tag your co-founder.

Most people do not have a work problem. They have a visibility gap.

They are better than what their content shows. More credible than what their profile reflects.

And that gap is not just frustrating. It is expensive.

Content Catalyst is designed to fix that in thirty days. Not by making you louder, but by making you clearer, sharper, and correctly placed. Because attention is easy. Access is what changes everything.

Everyone is chasing visibility. More views. More reach. More noise.

But visibility without trust is just attention with no conversion. Presence is different. It is earned in smaller rooms, sharper conversations, and real credibility.

You do not need more people seeing you. You need the right people believing you. That is where decisions happen.

The most talented founders I know are almost invisible online. And it is costing them - clients, opportunities, rooms they should already be in.

Meanwhile someone with 3 Canva quotes, an AI-written bio, and one podcast clip is getting the calls, the deals, the credibility. That is not luck. That is visibility doing its job.

Here is the uncomfortable truth! This gap does not close on its own. It compounds. Every month you stay invisible, someone else takes the space that was YOURS!. On 2nd June, we are having the conversation nobody is having publicly on visibility, discoverability, and how founders turn attention into actual revenue.

This is not a slide-heavy webinar. This is the conversation you wish someone had with you 2 years ago. If you are a founder who knows they should be more visible but don't know where to start - you cannot afford to skip this!!
