We pay a price for growth, and we pay a price for staying the same.

The price of growth is sometimes outgrowing your circle.

The price of staying the same is slowing down your own development.

Many groups unconsciously follow the “crab rule.”

Everyone wants to stay together forever, so people start pulling each other down without realizing it.

Not because they are bad people.

But because growth creates change, and change creates uncertainty.

The same thing happens in families and relationships. People become afraid of losing each other, so instead of supporting growth, they try to keep each other at the same level.

But growth is a natural process.

Nobody can stop it forever.

There is another path: supporting each other’s growth so that there is always a reason to continue the journey together.

For me, this is why I cannot stop myself from growing. My mind and my soul are hungry for it.

You can delay growth, but you cannot betray yourself forever.

Your soul will continue knocking from the inside and asking you to move forward.

I believe that we are not born to stay comfortable, we are born to evolve.

And today I had a vision, that in the future I even will not speak with people who are not finished at least 10 AOI sessions, it’s becoming very difficult, the gap becomes too big.

Sometimes I feel that I’m stuck, but then I remember that time go backward: future makes your past, so whatever should happen in the future guide me toward itself. Good thing that I can chose the future I want to live from endless possibilities, or it might be an illusion, I prefer to believe in that, it in that case I should blame only myself to have these goals and dreams🤪 and notice why I have every experience, transform and adapt to be closer to what I want.

Continue my future authoring. Very tough questions are there. In order to check if they are truly my goals. But I did great job, I don’t have any doubts if they will happen or not, I understand that they will happen just matter of time, and me being ready.

Balance of red and blue light absorbing by our eyes needs for our health, not only for circadian rhythms, but also for a lot of biochemical processes with are necessary for our health, and it could be achieved by watching sunrise and sunset, and receiving natural light from the sun. It calms down nervous system, and gives this alive state. The same effect causing by AOI, but AOI has effects which are going beyond that. That’s why it gives immediate effect. After what I’ve observed how medical system works, how mental psychological help operates, after I’ve learn how social media affects people. Then you are consumer and don’t know the other side, it’s easy to be naive.

Then I was at Biohacking even, I could easily tell which technologies will remain which will not survive, and if a lot of businesses earn a lot of money, this gold fever will end soon.

I’m happy that I have enough knowledges, and somehow I always find creators of technologies of the future and become close friends with them. AOI and MFM tech quantum devices both are photonic quantum technologies, which will change the game completely, I need to collect all information about it make an article about that. I keep certain supplements because of my vegetarian diet, and I use only AOI + JD training and quantum devices for my health. Of course I have certain lifestyle and don’t have addictions to sugar and bad habits, and I am who am, which is most important thing.

So many things I want to explain, but it could be only in my programs, because some of them I can’t say openly.

What is the main thing that manifestation gurus teaches us: you need to behave like you already have it. So if you don’t have money, you need to spend them like you have them, and they will flow to you, right?😂😂😂 so you need to buy overpriced corses because this guru upgrade her value, and not agreeing on less, and if you want to upgrade your level you need to borrow money and pay for it, because it’s your only chance🤪😂 I don’t know how in the rest of world, but in Russia most of those gurus now in jail.

So for a while I really manifest all goods: then I moved to Dubai I was met in airport with Rolls Roys and I lived in 2 floors penthouse😄 somehow every time I found money for everything I needed, but it was always like life and death situation, and I’m very tired of that. Okay it works, but I don’t want yo live like this. It’s too stressful. But it has benefits, I at least stop worrying about anything, I know everything will be fine.

But what I understood, that people who are really wealthy, they are not wasteful, they know price for money, and they respect them. And even if they could afford something doesn’t mean that they will spend money on that. Because usually they planning all their spendings.

And if in the beginning my life in Dubai I was using only taxi, and metro was not for me, because I need to be in high frequency, right?😂 right now I understand, okay why I should spend 53 instead of 3 AED, timing not that different, and I don’t care about what people will think about me, because nobody care as well😄 and I can focus on things which are really matter, not to impress anyone. Which is really great progress for me🙌🏼🔥🔥

This anger and p**s off mood usually are a signal that inner conflict could not be solved in the you solved it before.

And sometimes it covered by depression and low energy conditions, or sickness, but in the end it could be expressed by aggression, which could help with solving this conflict, we just need to understand what this conflict about, which is sometimes really hard, and I’m glad that I solved it for one day. Without AOI it not possible, because it pushes out everything on the surface and you cannot escape it, and to move on you really need to process the information and transform. And I love it so much.
