🚀 Why AGT is becoming a Project Management Partner, not just a marketing agency

For years, AGT was often described as a “non-traditional marketing & growth agency”.
And honestly… that label never fully fit.

Here’s why.

In our three core areas of work:
• 🌍 New market entry, helping companies enter the GCC and other international markets
• 🎪 Exhibitions & trade events, managing everything from booth concepts to partner meetings
• 🤝 Sales and marketing alignment, making sure teams actually work towards growth

We have always worked end to end.
Not just plans.
Not just campaigns.
But the full journey, from the first idea to real implementation on the ground.

Still, communicating this was harder than it should have been.
The word “agency” kept putting us in a box.

“Oh, so you do ads and social media?”
No. We manage complex projects with multiple internal teams, external partners, vendors, and decision makers.

So as we move into 2026, we’re making it official.
AGT is evolving into a Project Management Partner, essentially an external PMO focused on growth.

Because today, strategy alone is no longer the differentiator. Ex*****on is.

It’s not about the price. It’s about the priorities ! 📯

When the postal service unveiled its new logo and brand identity, the public debate immediately focused on the price tag.

But let’s be honest — at this level, costs are what they are.
The real question is: why was this one of the top priorities right now?

🔹 Effort vs. Impact
Leadership teams often create an effort-impact matrix to decide where to invest time, energy, and resources.
So how did a rebranding project end up at the top of the list when:

❌ Many villages still don’t even receive regular postal service,

❌ Massive sums were just spent on work uniforms with the old branding,

❌ And core service quality issues remain unresolved?

This isn’t about whether the new design looks good or bad (that’s always subjective).
It’s about strategic focus — making sure the sequence of decisions reflects real needs, not just the tasks that are easier to check off.
