Most med spa websites don’t fail because of design. They fail because of structure.
In one of our recent projects, we worked with a med spa where traffic was already coming in from SEO and paid ads, but bookings were inconsistent.
After auditing the system, we identified three core issues:
Service pages were not aligned with search intent
Booking flow was not prioritized in the user journey
Performance issues were affecting both SEO and conversions
So we rebuilt the website as a conversion system, not a brochure.
The new architecture focuses on:
Fast, SEO-first Next.js implementation
Intent-based service page structure
Booking flow integrated directly into user navigation
Reduced friction from landing page to consultation
The objective is simple:
Turn existing traffic into booked consultations more efficiently, without increasing ad spend.
That’s the difference between a website and a patient acquisition system.
