Ten years of Radix.
A decade asks you to look back honestly, and to be clear about what you stand for. So we have refreshed how Radix looks and how we speak about ourselves. Let me be plain: this is not a reinvention. We are simply saying who we are and what we do with more clarity. Radix is Latin for root, and that is where I want to begin.
The part that matters most to me has not changed. I have never been comfortable calling the people I work with staff. I don’t think in headcount, I think of people chosing to spend a part of their lives here, and that is not a small thing.
I learned that from two people early on. One taught me how to do the work. The other gave me a reason to stay. A career is built on a few people who quietly decide to back you. I have spent my career passing that on, and nothing satisfies me more than watching people I once mentored, grow.
At RADIX, we understand this region, its people, the cultural nuances that make it what it is. There is a lot of talk about AI now. We use it, and we use it well. Technology only earns its place when it serves a real business goal. I know what moves a business forward, it is still people: their creativity, empathy, judgement.
What I want next is simple. Radix as a true engine for our clients’ growth, not just a supplier of services. We are advisors. We go to the root of the problem, because as our elders say, fix the root and the problem never returns, and a great harvest follows.
