Ինչպե՞ս մտնել աշխատաշուկա, չունենալով փորձ⬇️

Նախ նշեմ, որ լավ է սկսել ուսանողական տարիներից, հետևելով այսօրվա սերնդին` նույնիսկ դպրոցական, եթե ուզում եք համալսարանն ավարտելուն պես անցնել միջին մակարդակի (mid-level) մասնագետի աշխատանքի՝ համապատասխան աշխատավարձով և պարտականություններով։ 🔝

ԿԱՐԵՎՈՐ--- աշխատել սկսելու համար պարտադիր չէ լինել կողմնորոշված մասնագիտության հարցում, մի վախեցեք փորձել այն ամենը, ինչ կհետաքրքրի տվյալ շրջանում։ ✅Փոքրիկ հուշում ընթացքը վայելելու համար՝ նույնիսկ չմտածել Ձեզ անհետաքրքիր աշխատանքների մասին, զուտ աշխատելու համար։❌

Ամենաարագ ու կարճ ճանապարհը կամավորական աշխատանքներից (անվճար) ու պրակտիկաներից (վճարովի կամ անվճար) սկսելն է։ Սա կդիտվի որպես առավելություն նաև արտասահմանյան բուհեր և կազմակերպություններ դիմելուց։ ✔️

Մտապահեք, որ բոլոր դեպքերում Ձեզ համար նախընտրելի է միջազգային կազմակերպություն ընտրելը, ողջ ընթացքում Դուք կերտում եք Ձեր հեղինակությունը ոլորտում, որը հետագայում ծառայելու է Ձեզ, խոսելու է Ձեր մասին։ ❕

Եթե դեմ չեք սոց. կայքերում ակտիվությանը, ապա պարբերաբար կիսվեք այնտեղ Ձեր մտքերով, մասնագիտական հայացքներով, ձեռքբերումներով, ցույց տվեք Ձեր հետաքրքրությունները։ Այսպես Ձեր էջին հետևողները կիմանան Ձեր գործունեության մասին, ու ամենայն հավանականությամբ կսկսեք ստանալ առաջարկներ։ Հավատացեք, մարդիկ ունակ են Ձեր անունը տալու ճիշտ պահին ճիշտ տեղում։ Այս կերպ ձևավորվում են կապեր, ամենահզոր «գործիքը» բոլոր ոլորտներում։ 🖤

Ձևավորեք և հարստացրեք Ձեր ռեզյումեն: Սկզբնական շրջանում, հնարավորության դեպքում, ուշադրություն մի դարձրեք վարձատրության չափին, փոխարենը` կազմակերպությանը, և թե Դուք ինչ եք ստանում այդ փորձից, այրդյոք այն տանում է Ձեզ այն ուղղությամբ ուր ցանկանում եք հասնել: 🌪

Փորձ հավաքելը տևում է 1-2 տարի, և հետո Ձեր առաջ շատ դռներ են բացվում, ընտրույթյունը լայնանում է, վարձատրությունը՝ բարձրանում։

Self-care or stressed self-care?

Անգլերենում կա "self-care" ասվածը, որ նշանակում է ինքնախնամք: Նկատած կլինեք, սա պրոպագանդվում է ամբողջ ինստագրամով մեկ: Բառն արդեն խոսում է լավ երևույթի մասին. խնամք մարմնիդ, հոգեկան աշխարհիդ մասին: 🤍

Ինքս կողմ եմ տվյալ երևույթին և այդ մասին խոսելուն, երբ կարիք կա, ԲԱՅՑ զգացել եմ, որ այն հատել է նորմալ ընկալման համար հարկավոր փոսթերի «հաճախականությունն ու քանակը»: ❗️

Գրեթե բոլոր կին բլոգերները խոսում են այս մասին, ցուցադրում իրենց ինքնախնամքը, որը շատ հաճախ նույն տեսքն ունի ինչ մյուսինը:❔❕

Վերջերս զգացի, որ ասես պարտավորվածություն զգամ ինքս ինձ խնամելու: Խոսում եմ ոչ թե ինքս իմ բարեկեցության համար պատասպանատվության զգացման, այլ արտաքին ազդակներով փոխանցված պարտավորվածության զգացման մասին, սա տարբերելը կարևոր է: ✅

Ավելին` նկատել եմ, որ հարազատներիս մեջ կան մարդիկ, որ կրկնում են ինքնախնամքի ընդունված, ցուցադրված տարբերակները, բայց չեն ստանում արդյունքում այն ինչ կարծում էին կստանան: Ինչու՞, որովհետև դա իրենց տարբերակը չէ, ըստ իրենց կարիքի չէ ընտրված: 😉 Առողջ երևույթ չի թվում, չէ՞:

Որոշեցի ուսումնասիրել թեման, ու գտա որոշ նյութեր, որ ավելի մասնագիտորեն են փոխանցում միտքս: Թերթիր նկարները, կտեսնես հատվածներ անգլերենով:

Հիշեցում. ես հարգում եմ ինքնախնամքի կարևորության մասին բարձրաձայնող բոլորին: 🤍

This is the short summary of my 2021.

I finally decided on what I'm going to spend my time to earn a living and enjoy the process, succeeded in choices of partnerships, got the nerve to try the new, to trust my knowledge and intuition🤍.

On this road I've got to know a lot of cool people, some of which I feel might become my friends, who are extremely rare, as I demand quality. Won't say names, but you know it's you if you feel the same way with me. ❣️

New plans and even agreements for 2022 are on the way, I like to know what's coming and still enjoy kind surprises too.〽️

New era of professional education is coming, which's gonna help me to get what I envision in my marketing career.🔝🔝🔝

🙏🏼Most importantly: GRATEFULNESS. When this is the reason, this is the result too. The basis of happiness, no joyful life without appreciation, I'm glad I didn't spend years to deeply understand this. ☝🏻

Thank you , and a lot more great people, my irreplaceable friends and my family, for making this year different from the others, it's always about humans, not just people. 🤍🤍🤍

🔓3 big photoshoots, 1 huge ‘filmmaking’ and 2 video-creations were planned for only the prelaunch stage. Do you feel the power already?

Well, 2 photoshoots, 1 huge ‘filmmaking’ and a video-shoot are done, so we have yet to do a photoshoot and a video-shoot really soon.

What really helps in this process, not to lose the track and manage doing everything that was planned are the mood-boards of course and most importantly the followings:
✅research of photographers, videographers, editors, graphic designers, and any other specialists that we‘d need for the content we want, following them for a while and understanding their signature, ‘cuz in this case we don’t want surprises at the last moment,
✅right choice of those specialists, choosing the ones who have the skills of creating the things we envision,
✅successful communication with them we plan to work with, understanding each other with a single look, like me and 😂
✅a timetable of actions, exact dates and times, how long it will take, how much material we’ll manage to generate,etc.
✅models, models, models, people who become the faces of our page,
✅budgeting, how much these all will cost us and is it worth the result,
✅writing down random ideas and thoughts that come to my mind in the process, ‘cuz I’ll forget them in the rush of doing everything, while the best ideas come in most random situations, and I don’t want to lose them,

and a lot more that become understandable just in the process of making things happen, it’s okay and it’s good, as long as the ‘problems’ are to be solved.

❤️I am in the BBA team as a marketing head for already half a year and it took exactly that much of time for ideas generation, main brainstorming and work planning for the content and overall philosophy, visuals. Now, we are in content creation stage before our brand & products prelaunch and launch process begins.
