HIRING MARKETING ASSISTANT 🤍

I’m looking for a Social Media Assistant to join my business!

This would be perfect for a Uni student looking to get into marketing or social media and gain hands on experience.

As I continue gaining more clients, I’m now looking for someone creative, organised and passionate about social media to help me bring content ideas to life for my amazing clients.

This role will be on a contractor basis (approx. 12-15 hours per month to start) and will include:

📱 Finding trending audio + client fitting audios
🎬 Creating reels and carousel content from provided footage and direction (also potentially the script)
✍🏼 Drafting captions in line with each brand’s voice
📅 Supporting me in content calendar creation
✨ Uploading content drafts for review

You’ll work closely with me to create intentional, engaging content for a range of small businesses mostly across the beauty and wellness space, but also some clients in other service-based industries.

I’m looking for someone who:
✔️ Loves Instagram + keeping up to date
✔️ Is confident using Canva and CapCut
✔️ Understands what makes content perform on Instagram
✔️ Can create content that matches a brand’s style and voice based on guidelines provided
✔️ Has an eye for detail and understands that good content is about strategy, not just pretty posts
✔️ Is reliable, creative and takes initiative
✔️ Local to Adelaide and available for in-person catch ups when needed

📍 Contractor position (must have ABN or be willing to obtain)
⏰ Approx. 12-15 hours/month
💰 Hourly rate based on experience

I followed the trends and advice I was offered... And it backfired!
My content got rushed, quality dropped, and I burnt out trying to keep up with something that was never sustainable for me.

And worse... My content didn't feel like mine!

Now? I have a set number of QUALITY posts per week, and content pillars I rotate through no matter what's 'trending'.

Posting more was never the strategy... Posting with intention was!

This is actually part of why my management packages are built the way they are, it's not guesswork, it has all been tried and tested and built for what genuinely works 🤍

You could be the best at what you do, but if people don't know you exist, it doesn't matter 🥲

No one books a business they've never seen...

Being great gets you the result.
Being visible gets you the client in the first place!

Posting to socials isn't just about making pretty posts...

The right posts are!

If your content isn't building trust or giving someone a reason to book, more of it just means more noise on your feed, and less interest from your ideal clients.

Consistency matters, but only when it's working with your messaging!

Full books don't come from posting more...
They come from posting with purpose!

Clear messaging.
Content that actually has a job to do.
Showing up consistently, not perfectly.
And captions that tell people what to do next (don't forget those CTAs)

Posting daily without any of that is just noise... and noise doesn't fill an appointment book.
