A Narungga Film - Tracks of The Unseen Promo Clip
I am proud to share this promo clip for Tracks, a film project that has been a deeply personal and powerful journey of storytelling, truth-telling, and cultural remembrance.
As a filmmaker, director and producer, this project has been an extension of my creative and cultural practice, one grounded in bringing forward stories that hold connection to Country, history, memory, and the strength of First Nation people. This journey has taken time, care, vision, and a deep responsibility to ensure the stories shared are treated with cultural respect and integrity.
Tracks were created in partnership with Open Space Contemporary Arts (OSCA) and Same River Studios, whose support, collaboration and belief in this project helped bring this vision to life on screen. I want to acknowledge the cultural guidance and collaboration that shaped this film, including Gary Goldsmith, Professor Lester “Irabinna” Rigney, Doug Milera, the late Cyril Kartinyeri, WeCreate, the team behind Tracks whose knowledge and presence continue to support this work.
This film is not only about documenting story, but also about honouring the unseen tracks that still live within our landscapes, our ancestors, and our collective memory. It speaks to the importance of cultural survival, truth, and the passing on of knowledge for future generations.
Filming, directing and producing this project has been one of the most meaningful creative experiences of my life. It has challenged me, strengthened me, and reminded me of the importance of telling our stories in our own creative way.
I am excited to share this glimpse into the film and invite you to walk alongside this journey. Tracks is just one part of an ongoing series that is in development and were screened at Tarnanthi Festival on 17/1/2026 and had a great community response.
Keep an eye out for the public release of the full documentary, coming soon!
Please watch, share and support Tracks of The Unseen.
