Turns out we scrub up pretty well... 😉🩺

We recently headed to Arch Day Surgery for a content shoot, capturing fresh photo and video content with their amazing team.

No, we weren't performing any procedures (don't worry 😅), but we did get to suit up in the scrubs and go behind the scenes to create some great content.

There’s a difference.

We work with some brilliant media organisations.

And within them, some bloody good media reps.

They answer the phone. They know their product. They communicate. They fix problems when they happen. They actually give a s**t about our clients getting a result.

Those relationships are gold.

But then, every now and again, you get that rep.

The one who overpromises, underdelivers, disappears when there’s a problem and somehow manages to make every simple thing unnecessarily difficult.

And here’s the problem.

When you’re the face of a media organisation, you’re not just representing yourself.

You’re representing the station. The network. The publisher. The platform. Everyone behind you doing a good job.

You can have a fantastic product, a great audience and 100 good people behind the scenes…

…but sometimes it only takes one turd in the punchbowl to ruin the entire punch.

We’ll always back the good ones.

The others?

Eventually, we stop drinking the punch.
