Rebuilt core flows like Welcome, Cart Abandonment, and Post-Purchase refining timing, logic, and content based on performance data.
Introduced new flows: including Browse Abandonment, Repeat Purchase, and Product Education automations that target where the store was leaking revenue.
Segmented properly: targeting active buyers differently from at-risk or lapsed customers ensuring messaging was relevant and profitable.
