The world may seem all doom and gloom, but there's still good to be found... ✨

Like this cute little note found stuck to a post following the recent South Australian election.

"Do not lose hope. Have the hard conversations, but do it with love... "
"Fight the hate with love."

Kindness never killed anyone. To the huge hearted person who had the thoughtfulness to put pen to paper like this, thanks for reminding us of humanity's endless potential for love and positivity, even in the face of the really tough stuff.

Attended a super duper useful 'Build your 2026 Roadmap' workshop this morning with a beautiful group of fellow Tammy's Table Business Community humans.

Came away with needed, newfound clarity around what KM Communications needs to focus on - and action - to not only make my business work best for me, but for overall life fulfilment, enjoyment and balance with those who matter most.

AND...

A Life Purpose Statement.

Deep, huh? Not what you'd ordinarily expect to get from a business development workshop.

But having a clear idea of why we're here means there's always a baseline to align everything else in life with - including our work or business.

Thank you, yet again, Tammy for keeping things real, relatable and oh so relevant. ✨ x

Here's one of those words that sounds like its meaning, we reckon. 🔀 Can you see/say it? 🤔

'Widdershins' ➡️ Counterclockwise or in the wrong direction.

Have a cool, preferably clockwise weekend y'all!

If you read LinkedIn’s 2026 Skills on the Rise report, you might be celebrating with me over the fact that traditional career paths are evidently giving way to “new-collar” roles that prioritise hybrid, adaptable skills over linear resumes or traditional degrees.

THANK YOU – for once – AI. 🙌

Operating in a professional sphere where AI’s influence is being acutely felt (and, to be honest, often resented) – think bland, emoji-overladen social posts and EDMs written in a way that ALL. ‘SOUND’. THE. SAME. – this report landed like a breath of fresh air.

LinkedIn's annual list surfaces the fastest-growing skills that professionals should be investing in to get ahead in today's world of work.

And… drum roll please…

“people-oriented communication skills such as stakeholder collaboration and cross-cultural communication” – make it in at the top of the list.

✨ PEOPLE-oriented communication. ✨

💗 It’s always been my jam – and always will be, AI-infested world or not.

➡️ If you or your workplace could use some help to tell your brand story in an authentically human way, shoot me a DM. Would love to (actually) chat. 💬

Working with organisations whose values mirror mine has always been a driver for me. Whether it's clients, workplaces, or causes I've been privileged to be involved with, contributing to work that directly benefits people is at the heart of who I am personally and professionally.

🚨 When Fortem Australia invited me to be part of a video for their recent mental health conference, it was an easy "yes".

Fortem is an independent not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of first responders and their families. Established in 2019 and initially caring for first responders and families on the eastern states, last year they expanded to South Australia.

As one from and in a first responder family, their presence here is very much welcomed.

From police and paramedics to fire fighters and emergency rescue workers, Fortem provides FREE psychological support and counselling, social connection activities, career management and mental health literacy programs and services for the very people who protect and care for our communities.

They all do INCREDIBLE work. 👏

What a ride alright. 🙌 Being one spoke in the wheel of the From Here to Healthcare rollout has been a standout professional highlight. It's an honour to help bring the stories of these extraordinarily courageous people to life.

, you've always been a go-getter. Now, fueled by a cause that's even closer to the heart? NO stopping you. ✨

Rural health - rural people - MUST matter MORE. This is just the beginning. 💥

Political rivals have found rare common ground on South Australia’s healthcare crisis while a country advocate reveals patients are making impossible life-or-death choices. 📌 READ MORE: https://bit.ly/472yfzn
