we are a friendly Nepalese couple living with a brother in a clean and peaceful three bedroom house in Northfield, and we have one room available from March 8th. We also have a pet cat at home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with cats and respectful of a shared living space.
The house has two bathrooms and is located in a very convenient area, close to the bus station with easy access to the city, making it perfect for students or working professionals.
The available room is not furnished, however we can help with furnishing as we have some extra mattresses available, which makes it an ideal option for newcomers who may not have furniture yet. The room is suitable for one or two people.
The rent is $200 per week including all bills such as electricity, water, and internet, so there are no extra costs to worry about. Parking space is also available if you have a car.
