Big things are happening in the north.

Cluse & Co has been working behind the scenes on the $200 million Salisbury City Centre redevelopment, one of South Australia’s most significant urban renewal projects.

In partnership with Buildtec, Catcorp and City of Salisbury, we’ve created a new brand for the precinct, including naming, brand identity, strategy, website design, animation, signage and social media.

This teaser campaign marks the start of a long term rollout. As the project grows, so will the brand, capturing a vibrant, mixed-use city centre that attracts residents, businesses and visitors, while respecting the culture and character already in place.

We are delighted to announce the initial launch of the brand and advertising campaigns for Forestville AU – the remarkable $250 million redevelopment of the former LeCornu site.

Cluse & Co is honoured to have been appointed by a consortium led by Adelaide's finest supermarkets, national developer Peet Communities, and developer Buildtec Group to create and launch the masterbrand and residential brands for this ground-breaking project.

This innovative destination is set to redefine Adelaide’s landscape, and we couldn’t be more privileged to play a part in shaping the brand identity.

After 15 months of dedication and collaboration, we’re excited to unveil the initial vision. Stay tuned as the campaigns roll out over the coming months.

Summertime at Fort Largs is a special time, there’s always something to see and do - and right on your doorstep, is the best thing of all - the beach.

From splashing about with the kids all afternoon to barbies on the sand, throwing a line off the beach and getting out on the boat. We and our crew created a campaign that covered all the bases from digital to ourdoor and, once again, smashed it. The campaign was, and continues to be, a great success.

There’s so much to do at Tonsley Village already and there’s even more on the way - a planned brewery and fully serviced gym are just a couple of examples.

So, with this in mind we put together creative showcasing all these things along with a simple message that encapsulates what Tonsley Village residents can expect when they call this place home.

The full campaign across social media, digital, AdShels and radio incorporated creative direction, photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting and audio production.

All data indicates this as the most successful campaign for Tonsley Village to date.
