That’s a wrap, last cows have left from our 1st stage dispersal. Sale Average was $3090 with buyers coming from Central QLD, The Downs, NSW and many staying local. Thank you all, a special thank you to John Cochrane - Auctioneer great result all round.

Sale Topper at $4,900 was Kevindale Corvette Babe VG88, the 6Year Old backed by an EX Dam, GGDam and GGGDam from the Fiona family who was purchased by Steven and Cassie Ledger. These buyers also took home the next sale top price in the much admired Miss Goldchipish Elegance from the imported Krull Broker Elegance EX96 family at $4,600.

3rd Top Price of $4,400 was an Archrival daughter from the local Lynstarr Dahlia family purchased by EA and PJ Rough who selected an elite group of 11 Holsteins adding Bevandale Prizim Marvel and Kevindale Daryl Elvera to their herd at $4100 each.

Volume buyers were RK & SR Blanch of selecting an outstanding line of 17 young Holsteins cows from all the major families of the herd. Ian Gamble also with 17 Head of Holsteins and Jerseys including 3 of the 5 bulls on offer and selecting Miss Bardo Mariah at $3200. Kucks Farming Co took home a truck load with a mix of Jerseys and Holsteins also in their group of 15 head including Miss Alexander Destiny at $3300.

At this stage the next sale (and final stage dispersal) will be March 2022. Again thank you to all who helped out the last 3 weeks, it’s been a real whirlwind!
