JOOMLA 3.7.5 RELEASED

Joomla! 3.7.5 has been released to address a bug introduced in Joomla! 3.7.4 relating to the implementation of additional security checks in the install application designed to protect your web hosting account from being overtaken by a remote attacker.

Note that this patch only changes one file in the installation folder so nothing changes for existing installations except the version number.

ICANN's New Domain Name Transfer Policy

ICANN's new Transfer Policy, previously known as the "Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy" or IRTP, sets out how domain transfers should be handled. Up until now, this policy only covered domain transfers between registrars. Since the 1st of December 2016 this new policy will also cover the process of changing ownership of a domain from one registrant to another.
