For a long time, I struggled with self-doubt.
Sometimes things would come naturally to me, and instead of celebrating them, I'd question myself.
"Was it really me?"
"Did I actually earn this?"
"Am I good enough?"
Looking back, I realized something interesting.
The challenge wasn't a lack of capability.

It's about recognizing your value, even when you're facing uncertainty, challenges, or growth.
Because growth rarely feels comfortable.
The lessons that shape us most often arrive disguised as obstacles, setbacks, or moments that stretch us beyond what we thought we could handle.
But every challenge gives us an opportunity to trust ourselves a little more.
To see our strengths more clearly.
And to step into the next version of who we're becoming.
In this conversation with Lisa L. Levy on the Disrupt & Innovate podcast, I share my perspective on self-value, self-doubt, and why some of life's biggest challenges can become our greatest teachers.
