Hi everyone, my name is Poppy and for the past few days I’ve been doing work experience at Tough Cookie Marketing.

I’ve learnt so much and everyone has been so amazing, helping me understand their roles and the different aspects of marketing.

I had the chance to learn about graphic design, social media, event planning and so much more from creating reels to setting up ads. Experiencing all these areas has shown me all the different opportunities and roles there are in marketing.

Thank you to the whole Tough Cookie team for having me. Your kindness and support meant so much and I had the best time. Everything I learnt is something I’ll take with me into the real world, especially if I decide to pursue marketing in the future.

Last week, we sadly (and proudly!) said goodbye to digital cookie Hayley.

Our team has loved connecting with Hayley's full circle skills in digital, design, words and ideas, and appreciates the bonus add-ons that she brought to the team, including:

We're very excited for her as she pursues the next amazing step in her career!

What a day! 🥂 We swapped screens for wine glasses at another fantastic Heritage & Hidden Spaces Wine Walk, tasting some of the best wines Bendigo has to offer! 🍷 We’re grateful to work alongside the Bendigo Wine team to make events like this happen.

Hi everyone, it’s Laura here! Over the past few days, I’ve been doing work experience at Tough Cookie Marketing. Today, I’m taking over the socials for one last post!

I’ve learned so much more than I ever imagined, thanks to this amazing and supportive team. Everyone has been so lovely, welcoming, and eager to share insights about their roles.

I’ve had the chance to look into graphic design, explore event planning, understand different aspects of marketing, and even get a taste of website creation. Experiencing all these areas has really opened my eyes to the variety of jobs out there and what each role involves.

A huge thank you to the whole Cookie team for having me, with special thanks to Maddy and Brianna for their guidance, kindness, and support throughout my time here.

If I do pursue a career in one of these areas, this experience has given me the confidence and insight to take that first step.

A vibrant timeline, a powerful story.

We were proud to design this mural celebrating 25 years of CAAFLU — the Central Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Unit — and their ongoing work supporting families and communities in Alice Springs and beyond.

Spanning from 1998 to now, the piece weaves together bold artwork, striking photography, and rich graphic storytelling. It debuted at their 25th anniversary gala and will now live on in their offices — a lasting tribute to the strength, care and impact of CAAFLU’s journey.
