GETTING INTO THE STATE OF ORIGIN SPIRIT!
Our team members at the Bowen Visitor Information Centre next to The Big Mango are ready for Game 2 tonight (Wednesday, June 17) - and there's a bit of friendly rivalry going on. Kim came to work in her maroon gear today and Cindy is again supporting the Blues. So our manager Leanne decided to be neutral! She is really a Blue but check out this great shirt supporting both teams.

We had a visit last week from Rhonda Forrest - Australian Author who signed some copies of her books that we have on sale at the Bowen Visitor Information Centre next to The Big Mango. Rhonda has written about 30 books over the past 10 years! We have six titles available including stories that are set around Cape Gloucester, Dingo Beach and the Whitsunday Islands. Four of our team enjoyed a great day out in Collinsville recently. They went to the No 1 Mine site, the historical museum and the Coalface Experience.
Glenn, Cindy, Kim and Pam said it was awesome to learn so much about the history of the town and meet the locals. If you are thinking of visiting Collinsville, call in to the Bowen Visitor Information Centre next to The Big Mango and talk to the team about what there is to see and do.
