Do you find yourself in the position where you realise you haven't posted anything for a while and you turn to either your saved posts or just scroll for inspiration?

Don't worry we have ALL been there! When you find yourself in this position, it is highlighting that you and your business do not have a social media strategy in place. A social media strategy plays a vital role in the success of your business online and it also provides you with endless amounts of content ideas. 🤝🏼

Being searchable online doesn’t mean you have an online presence 🚩

I am sure you here it ALL the time that either you or your business need to have an online presence. But what does that mean exactly. Well……🫣

With how populated social media is now, just having an account and randomly posting content doesn’t mean you have an online presence. (I am saying this with love 🫶🏼 )

It is SO important to show up intentionally and strategically! If you want to provide your audience with a better online presence, change your mindset to thinking content ISN’T an option instead of thinking I will just post when I can or when I have an idea. 💌

Having an estblished online presence takes patience and strategy. Don’t just think because you posted a few days in a row and then ghosted your audience means you have a presence. You watch when you start to show up consistently and strategically you will see growth not only on your account but also in your business. 🤝🏼✨

There is A LOT of confusion around what platforms businesses should be on and whether they should be on ALL platforms. Well spoiler alert....you need to be on the platform where your target audience is. 🤝🏼

There is no point being active across all social media platforms when your target audience is only active on one or two. Take the time to truly analyse who your target audience is or where your dream clients are and target them that way. 🎯

I think this is something we may forget once we dive into the world of social media and always having the task of creating content, we forget the content we create is there to do the work for us not the other way around! 🫣

Obviously you need to take the time to craft content that aligns with a strategy and has purpose behind it but, at the end of the day the content you share is there to do the work for you once it is published! 🤝🏼
