Autumn and the last quarter moon share contracting energy. A good time for letting go of what no longer serves.

Moontime Reflections 🌙

I’ve been sitting with the energy of last weekend’s Moontime Workshop and feeling so deeply grateful.

These vision boards held tenderness, honesty, longing, and truth — each one a quiet conversation between body, soul, and the year ahead.

Many women shared that they’d been wanting to make a vision board for years… and simply hadn’t had the space to do so.

What unfolded wasn’t about planning harder, but about slowing down, listening, and letting something honest emerge.

Working with the moon reminds us that vision doesn’t need urgency.

It needs rhythm.
It needs rest.
It needs time.

Summer in the southern highlands

A bath can be a sacred space to reflect on the year that was and make way for the year to come.

I am grateful to my friend for this divine mix of essential oils, salts, and rose, perfect support for reflection, release, and renewal.

My mantra for this bath:

“I release what no longer serves me. I honour all I have learned, all I have felt, and all I have become. I step into 2026 with trust, courage, and the energy of Emergence. I am ready to bloom.”

Here’s to new beginnings, to Emergence, and to all the beauty this year will bring.
