Life News™️ - we're moving to WA ☀️

After a smidge short of 19 years in Melbourne for me (and 9ish for Joanna Weaver ) and about a million beers, the siren song of the Motherland has beckoned for us (and the cats).

Words won't do justice to the memories or friends we've made while living in this beautiful city, and for everyone who follows this account for beer designs I shan't bore you with them.

We are going out in a blaze of glory with last drinks scheduled for Saturday October 10th at Rocky Ridge Brunswick from 4pm before we set course across the great divide.

This also happens to be close enough to my 40th birthday that I am coupling them together and celebrating that as well. So if you're around, come down and have a pot or two before we have to start calling them middies.

A few Bright Brewery cans from the past 7ish years. I'd say this is about 60% of the releases I've done with them, mostly from 2020-2024. Includes a few lovely designs from Lynn Bremner and Tim Munro

From beyond the grave here's a neat little reel of The Pocketbeagles' Funeral.

Thanks again to everyone who came out and celebrated, it was all i could hope for and more.

I've got a few more posthumous affairs to get sorted before the brand switches over and PB is gone forever.

Pocketbeagles funeral is this Saturday!
We've lots of things to enjoy, but most of all just come along for a beer and chat to your old mate *cough* beagles before he *cough* you know... Carks it 💀

We'll be there from 12pm ready to chat, drink, get inked, be merry... You name it. Tomorrow never dies... Or does it?

Finally our beer is ready to go. Our pals from came in to help transform our beer into its final form.

Come brew a beer with me! (part one).

I brewed a beer with my best buddies and for my funeral 💀

Together we are making a hazy IPA chock full of my favourite hops, Citra, Galaxy & Nectaron (a specialty Sub Zero Hop Kief liquid hop from ) called "The Mortician"

I've collaborated with on a range of flash tattoos for our Pocketbeagles Fun-eral this month.

Carly will be at the event from 2pm with a cute-as-anything flash of doggies, froggies and hotdoggies ready to ink you up! First in best dressed!

Identity rollout for Sidewall Social, Marrickville's newest Padel Social Club!

The logo was inspired by the movement of the ball across the court and off the walls - a unique aspect of the sport. Coupled with some cosy (social if you will) typefaces and an inclusive colour palette that drew inspiration from the Inner West's vibrant contrasted againt the gritty industrial venue fitout. Play ball!
