Are your Facebook ads not working?
I’ve had the opportunity to run hundreds of thousands of dollars in Facebook advertising over the years. And I still get to audit quite a few Facebook accounts as well.
And what I found is that when a business owner is not happy with the results he’s getting from Facebook; there is nearly one constant reason for it.
And that one reason is that there is no compelling “CTA” in the ad.
And what is a “CTA”, you ask?
Well, the “CTA” is what compelling reason makes a prospect want to click on your ad to learn more.
So when advertising, you still need to let visitors know what action you want them to take with a clear call to action.
Otherwise, you’re paying Facebook for ad views, not clicks, traffic, or conversions.
And in online marketing, that is a deadly sin.
A problem that results in millions and millions of dollars of wasted online advertising spend.
And so many frustrated business owners who want to make their advertising work.
So the moral of the story is that if you want your online advertising to work, then always use a "compelling" CTA.
One of the best CTA's I used over the years is using an online promotion that gives the prospect a strong reason to click.
