Founder-led content isn’t dead. But it can’t be the only thing you rely on. 🙅

Yes, there have been some high-profile examples of founder-led content going wrong. But for most small businesses, the bigger risk is being faceless.

That's a red flag. A brand without a human front usually builds less trust, attracts less engagement and, ultimately, wins fewer customers.

Guys, detail matters. It’s not just about putting a founder in front of a camera. It’s about how you do it, what else you create alongside it and how you engage with your community.

The strongest brands mix founder story with product, community and conversation. They don’t follow a one-size-fits-all model; they find the balance that meets the expectations of their audience.

So no, founder-led content isn’t dead. It’s just more nuanced. And when done well, it’s still one of the most powerful ways to build trust and connection.
