Tech Update 🌟💻

KAJABI: You can now add in your GA4 ID (Google Analytics) instead of UA. You won't see this option if you already have a UA code in the field, so delete it out and add in your G- ID!

Google Universal Analytics (UA) is being phased out in June of this year so make sure (if you haven't already) you transition over to GA4 and start getting your data flowing!

What is the vision of your business?

We have been busy developing our business and marketing plans for The Tech VA Club (and we are happy to share our *pretty-basic-but-does-the-job* template if anyone needs one).

And we LOVE doing this process, as it really makes you THINK strategically about your business, why you are doing what you are doing, and the direction you want to take.

So what is the difference is between a mission statement and a vision statement?

A VISION statement describes the impact or change you want to make in the world - it's long term and full of inspiration.

A MISSION statement describes how you will get there by defining your business, the WHY, HOW and WHAT you do.

My favourite vision statement is from IKEA:

"To create a better every day life for the many people"

Ours is:

"To create an extensive online hub of information & resources, to make life easier for virtual assistants"

What the flippin’ heck is a tech VA anyway?

It all gets a bit muddled and mushed up with industry titles vs job titles..

Within the Virtual Assistant industry, really anybody who does a ‘tech’ based role could be considered a Tech Virtual Assistant (and srsly we are all working on tech right🙄)

But a Tech VA more covers someone who specialises in a software/program, area, or someone who knows a bit of everything and can troubleshoot a bit of everything!

We are a bit like that here at The Tech VA Club.. we are problem solvers and can figure out most tech issues across a range of platforms/ programs!
