So today saw us here for 4 months. We are officially half way through our managing stint here at Mainoru Outstation Store. We have climbed a mountain that’s for sure. We are at the peak and now heading down the other side. We have learnt a whooole lot, worked a whoooole lot and met a whole lot of amazing people. We have set records, won managers of the month award for NT tourism, fallen in love with remote NT and worked our friggin asses off. We now have 2 employees who are quickly becoming family and making this journey just a little bit easier. Anyway we are on the downhill slide, busy as all hell and not getting our head above water for a little while yet, but we have survived the ride, loving the fact that we have dived in and flourished and seeing this challenge through to the end.
