To our loyal customers, supporters & friends,
It is with great regret to inform you that Order Thai will be closing our online ordering system until further notice - effective immediately.
As most of you will be aware, last Tuesday our servers were compromised and we lost crucial data required to operate our proprietary online ordering software. Our team has been working around the clock in attempts to restore the software. Unfortunately, we are still unable to recover the data we need to continue operating this software.
Whilst it may be possible to recover our systems, we can’t be certain. I understand for many restaurants this is causing stress. We do not want to give anyone false hope, or promises.
As past restaurant operators ourselves, we believe that online ordering is an essential part of your business now, and leading into the future.
We have been working directly with restaurants and have been transitioning their systems to another provider who is a contractor of Dine Cloud Group. These will remain operational into the future.
We will continue to reach out to our affected restaurant partners and help where possible to transition to another provider.
