Hi All. While I'm still waiting to hear back from Netflix, we now have a couple of other production companies interested and a Hollywood director with a few rungs on the ladder. Sorry, I can't say anything more than that. Personally, I think we're in pretty good shape. The team that brought you The Meg and The Meg 2 is backing the development, so we'll see where it goes.

Hi all, I wanted to update my progress and journey as an indie author. I'm currently working on my second book. It's shaping up pretty well, but progress is slow. I'm still trying hard to market Id - A Novel, and have just done my second interview Mark Alyn, who runs a cooking show. He interviews people as he cooks a recipe provided by them. Hi all, has anyone finished The Passage trilogy by Justin Cronin? I absolutely loved all three and fell into a state of mourning when I turned the last page of City of Mirrors. Can anyone recommend something similar - it doesn't have to be about vamps, but an excellent thriller with a twist of the supernatural would be fantastic, but not The House Across The Lake - I thought it was great until the Scooby Doo ending!

Just finished The Lone Wolf Society by Joshua Kidd. I thought it was absolutely brilliant. The American Nightmare has been packaged and re-marketed as the American Dream. America is broken, the scars hidden under layers of bureaucracy as the Elites maintain their stronghold on power and wealth, leaving the rest of us to squabble over what's left, too busy to realize we've been sold a dud!
Hidden in plain sight living as lawyers, Fred, Heinze, and Rambow are true revolutionaries and plan to subvert the system.
A brilliantly observed look at how twisted corporate America has become. Read it and become enlightened, you won't be disappointed.

What would you rather have, a cup of coffee or take a chance and discover a hidden gem on Amazon? A book will most certainly last longer and give you a way better buzz. But, and be honest, how much time is devoted to choosing a coffee? Most of us walk into the local café and will order the same thing we've been having for the past several months. The cost barely registers. We'll sometimes even splurge and get a muffin. It's a habit that's a no-brainer, part of a daily or weekly routine. Five bucks! We might think, what else can five bucks get you these days?
Well, let's see. It can get you a book. You can choose from one of the many gazillion books out there written by indie authors. Independent souls who've slaved over a hot keyboard in the hope that you might, just might be entertained by their words. Yes, granted, not everyone will be as refreshing as your daily latte, but you don't have to taste hundreds to find one you like. Check out the reviews. They don't often have many, but the ones they do have are pretty tasty.
Think about the next time your barista sprinkles some cinnamon or hot chocolate on your cappuccino the guy doing the sprinkling may have the next best seller under their apron. They just need a little help getting noticed.
