Bull-O-Rama Brings Big Energy to Ipswich Showgrounds

The Ipswich Showgrounds came alive over the weekend as Bull-O-Rama rolled into town, delivering a night packed with grit, noise, and pure adrenaline. From the moment the gates opened, it was clear this wasn’t just another event it was a full-scale spectacle that drew crowds ready for dust, danger, and a good time.

Bull riding sat at the heart of the action, with riders stepping into the arena knowing every eight seconds would be a battle of strength, balance, and nerve. The atmosphere was electric. Every ride was met with roars from the crowd, groans when things went sideways, and cheers when riders held on against the odds.

Rain, Rock, and Real Vibes: IN2XS Brings New Year’s Eve to Life at Victoria Point

New Year’s Eve at the Victoria Point Sharks Sporting Complex wasn’t the easiest gig to pull off. The weather had other plans, with on-and-off rain threatening to dampen the night. But if there’s one thing that became clear early on, it’s that good music and a great crowd don’t back down easily.

Enter IN2XS, the INXS tribute band that carried the night with confidence, energy, and a deep respect for one of Australia’s most iconic sounds. Despite the challenging conditions, the band delivered a performance that kept the crowd engaged from start to finish, rain or no rain.

The atmosphere was something special. Umbrellas popped up, people huddled closer, and the rain almost became part of the experience rather than a disruption. As the night rolled on, the music cut through the weather, and the crowd leaned into the moment, singing along, dancing where they could, and soaking up the final hours of the year together.

Covering live events like this is always a reminder that vibe isn’t about perfect conditions. It’s about energy, connection, and people showing up. IN2XS brought that energy in full, and the crowd met them right there.
